General Terms and Conditions for Prize Giveaway Competition

1. Eligibility

1.1. The prize giveaway competition is open to individuals who make a purchase and sign up for our newsletter before Tuesday, 1 October 2024.

1.2. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

1.3. Employees of are-able, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization are not eligible to enter the competition.

2. Entry

2.1. To enter the competition, participants must complete a purchase and confirm their newsletter subscription at checkout.

2.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3. Prize

3.1. The prize pack includes the following items:

• 1 x Family First Aid Kit
• 1 x Chopping Board "The Killarney"
• 1 x Mug
• 1 x Cap

3.2. The total value of the prize pack is $350.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received by the closing date.

4.2. The draw will take place no later than Monday, 7 October 2024.

4.3. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification email, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

5. Prize Delivery

5.1. The prize will be sent to the winner’s provided address at no additional cost.

5.2. The delivery of the prize will be arranged within 14 days after the winner has been notified and confirmed their details.
